Your relationship with Enroller.in

Enroller.in is engaged in the business of facilitating online admissions for educational institutions. Enroller.in provides services to institutes for publishing of application form over Internet, collecting applications, managing data and other communication services. Enroller.in is just a facilitator between institutes and applying candidates, and does not guarantee admissions. Respective institutes reserve the full rights for selecting, rejecting and/or short listing applicants; Enroller.in is not engaged in this decision process anyhow.

Accepting the Terms

In order to use the services, you must first agree to the Terms. You may not use the services if you do not accept the Terms. You can accept the Terms by:

clicking to accept or agree to the Terms, where this option is made available to you in the user interface; or
by actually using the services. In this case, you understand and agree that Enroller.in will treat your use of the services as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards.

Enroller.in may make changes to these Terms from time to time. When these changes are made, a new copy of the Terms will be made available to you from within, or through, the service. You understand and agree that if you use the services after the date on which the Terms have changed, Enroller.in will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Terms.

Disputes are subjected to Kanpur, India jurisdiction only.

Your passwords and account security

You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with your account to access the services. Accordingly, you agree that you will be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or of your account, you agree to notify Enroller.in immediately at support@enroller.in.

Usage by institutes

Institutes are expected to publish application requirements and/or guidelines to applicants before applicants proceed for form filling. Enroller.in will not be responsible for any discrepancy caused by the applicant or the institute in publishing or understanding these requirements respectively.
It shall be sole responsibility of institute to verify, validate applicants’ data and shortlist submitted applications.
By virtue of this agreement you agree that you will not use Enroller.in platform for sending spam emails or objectionable emails.

Usage by applying candidates

Applicants are expected to fully understand the requirements/guidelines published by institutes before filling up the application forms. Enroller.in will not be responsible for any discrepancy caused by an applicant in understanding these requirements/guidelines. In case of a dispute, the applicants should resolve with respective institute.
Enroller.in reserves full rights to ban an applicant, if the applicant is found in hacking, disturbing service, or any attempt to damage any service provided by Enroller.in.
Enroller.in reserves complete right to reject a submitted application form (by an applicant), if there are any discrepancies in online payment made by the applicant.
Payments by Demand Drafts are managed by respective institutes only, and should not be sent to Enroller.in. Enroller.in does not track Demand Drafts sent (or in transit) via post/courier.
The inclusion of institute on Enroller.in website does not imply that institute has complied with norms, rules and/or regulations that are prescribed by the appropriate authorities. Similarly, the inclusion of institute in Enroller.in does not imply that institute is recognized or affiliated to particular university. It is solely responsibility of the applicant to verify and validate the recognition of university.
Enroller.in does not provide any guarantee of admission. The entire process of admissions shall be governed and controlled by the respective institute. Grant of admissions shall be at the sole discretion of the respective educational institutions. It is hereby expressly clarified that, role of Enroller.in is only to facilitate the admission process and not to grant admissions.
The application may be rejected in any of the following circumstances:
a) Application is rejected by the institute due to incomplete application
b) Application is rejected due to any specific criteria or conditions not being fulfilled as per the requirements of the institute.
c) Your Payment was not processed in time.
d) You failed to submit your application before deadline of the application form.

Services provided by Enroller.in

Enroller.in staff ties their best to keep the service uptime maximum possible. However, occasionally there can be some maintenance or technical updates/issues and service may be down for that period. We may or may not inform you in advance about such down times.
Enroller.in may include link to other website. These linked sites are not under control of Enroller.in, and Enroller.in is not responsible for the content of linked websites.
Enroller.in reserves full rights to review collected data, information and documents submitted by users.
You agree that you will not use services offered by Enroller.in to publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information. You further agree that, you will not use Enroller.in services to upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents.
